RULES

  1. Contestants are required to provide their own porch goose statue (any standard lawn goose is acceptable). Each entry will be allotted a 2’ x 2’ display area, and all components of the display must remain within the designated space.
  2. Decorations may include clothing, accessories, paint, props, & creative materials.
  3. Entries must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
  4. Each participant may enter one goose.
  5. Entries must be delivered to the fairgrounds by July 9 between 1-9 p.m. or July 10, between 7-8 a.m. All entries must remain on display until the end of the fair. They can be picked up July 14, between 4-6 p.m. or July 15, between 10am-12pm
  6. Winners will be chosen by People’s Choice Voting. Voting will begin July 9 at 5pm
  7. Voting will end on July 13 at 9pm. Votes will be counted & announced on facebook on July 14 at 10am.
  8. Due care will be given in handling all property, but management will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or accident of any nature.
  9. The People’s Choice winner will take home 50% of the proceeds, with the remaining 50% going toward supporting programs at the 2027 FCF.
  10. By entering, participants allow the fair to photograph & share images of their goose for promotional purposes.
  11. The number of entries accepted will be limited based on available space. All entries must be received no later than July 1, 2026.
